The only way out is in. There is no way we can over bridge our sense of separation by trying to expand our selves or reach out and merge. The very root problem it self is this striving to reach. The other side of this coin is to distance your self, to become the witness, to be outside everything. The only way out is to relax and let go, stop reaching and striving, letting the wave of who you are sinking back to the ocean from where it never left. Tasting your self, realising it is all the same water. And now, instead of being someone inside a body trying to reach out, or being the witness or the space for everything to happen in, you are suddenly inside everything as the silent ground of being, free at last, yet totally intimate without any sense of separation.
